Normal Shipping Times & Examples of Possible Exceptions

We ship all packages via USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground (for very large or wholesale shipments only). Midnight Perfumery strives to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the time the order is placed.

Exceptions to our normal shipping times may include:

-Product that are particularly susceptible to melting in extreme heat may have delayed shipping during hot summer months to avoid prolonged exposure to potentially damaging in-transit climates. Example: if you live in a 3-4 day delivery zone and place an order which includes a Mega Moisture Cream on Thursday, your order will be held for shipment until Monday to minimize in-transit time. No one likes to receive their AWESOME products in LESS-THAN-AWESOME condition because of hot weather! The extra day(s) wait time will be worth it!

-Special order product descriptions include specific time tables to allow for products to be carefully made and cured (i.e. for special order soaps allow an additional 3-6 weeks prior to shipping; or large quantities of bath bombs may take 3-4 additional days to allow for production - yes! we can make them that fresh for you!). 

-If we are closed due to an emergency, you will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible to arrange a specific shipping plan.

-We are occasionally closed for vacations, we will do our best to indicate any DELAYED SHIPPING on our home page so you are aware of the potential for delay before you order.


Damaged / Broken Product Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we at Midnight Perfumery do all we can to make that happen. In rare incidences, packages in-transit can be damaged, resulting in damaged or even ruined product. If you receive a package / product that has been damaged, please notifiy Midnight Perfumery immediately so we can do everything in our power to correct the issue. (Taking photos of damaged shipping materials and product can help us improve potential shipping / packing issues, and even help us determine if we need to file a claim with the shipping company)


Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things do not arrive as expected, a mistake was made when your order was packed, or maybe an items was purchased by accident (hey, sometimes that ends up being a good thing). In these cases, we offer exchanges or returns of unused/unopened product with no re-stocking fee. However, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees unless Midnight Perfumery made a mistake with your order (then shipping is on us).

We  currently only ship within the United States.

Our standard order shipping/handling rates are:

$8 with purchases of $0.01-$24.99;

$10 with purchases of $25.00-$58.99:

and FREE shipping on all retail orders over $59.
