Boyfriend (like Aqua di Gio) – compare to Aqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani, this is a perfect replica. Top notes are mandarin, bergamot and neroli. Middles notes include persimmon, rosemary, nasturtium, and jasmine. Base notes are Moroccan cedar, patchouli and Mediterranean cistus. Named The Boyfriend by Midnight Perfumery for the memories it brings back from dating my (now) hubby. FO
Brown Sugar Fig – Sweet brown sugar, fig & vanilla aroma will delight with this warm and inviting scent. Compare to Bath & Body Works: Brown Sugar & Fig. FO
Bubble Plum – this scent reminds me of the bubble-gum flavored medicine you get when you were a kid. A fun and sweet aroma. FO
Butterfly Kisses – scent notes of black tea, tangerine, lemon leaf, orchid, French mimosa, cyclamen, jasmine, coconut milk, & musk. Compare to Bath & Body Works: Butterfly Flower. FO
Cantaloupe Cucumber Kiss – Blend of cucumber, musky honeydew, cantaloupe and a touch of watermelon combine to give a fragrance that is sweet & musky. A summer favorite. FO
Cassia* - like cinnamon, very strong sweet, spicy, woodsy & earthy aroma. Most stick “cinnamon” used is actually cassia. Considered Aromatherapy Benefits: Stimulant. EO
Cassia Cranberry** - The bitter-sweet aroma of fresh cranberries are a natural pairing with the spicy, cinnamon-like scent of cassia. Warm & invigorating aroma. FO, EO Blend
Cedarwood* - Has a woodsy, sweet aroma. Reminiscent of mothballs. Insect repellant. May be beneficial for acne, dandruff, dermatitis, eczema, fungal infections & greasy skin. EO
Chamomile – Sweet, fruity & herbaceous. FO
Champagne – I tell customers that this is a light-fruity scent, great for those who don’t usually gravitate toward a fruity aroma. Amazing blend of lemon, bergamot, mandarin, orange, apple, banana, dew fruit and pineapple, with hints of jasmine, rose, plum, muget, peony, heliotrope, amber, sandalwood and musk. FO
like Chanel No. 5 – Very potent, perfume aroma. Chanel No. 5 was developed in 1921 by Coco Chanel and is one of the best-selling perfumes of all time. The aroma profile is extremely complex with 130 different ingredients. This fragrance begins with top notes of fresh floral ylang ylang, rose petals, and French jasmine. Lovely base notes of vetiver and sandalwood, provides a woodsy bottom. I am very impressed with the likeness of this fragrance oil to the original. Compare to Coco Chanel: Chanel No. 5. FO
Cherry Almond** - Aroma of sweet cherries and a hint of toasted almonds. (Always reminds me of Jergen’s Lotion). EO FO Blend
Cherry Blossom – Sweet cherry blossom flowers. Compare to Yankee: Cherry Blossom. FO
Cherry Lime** - Sweet maraschino cherries with a seriously fresh zing of lime. Smells like a fresh cherry lime-aide! EO, FO Blend

Earth (Dirt/Hunter's) – Smells like freshly turned earth. Takes me back to getting into the garden for the first time in the spring. Great for hunters wanting to blend into the surroundings. I also have requests for this scent from people who just love the smell of dirt, even wearing it as perfume. FO
Egyptian Musk – Rich, musky, & earthy aroma. Absolutely wonderful in the linen spray. FO

This scent in soap is by far my favorite bar visually and is always a thrill to cut the bars and see the varying patterns of stripes and whisps of caramel and dark brown/black. EO Blend
Freesia Flowers - Blend of freesia and white musk. Deep musky notes with bright floral clean scent. Compare to Bath & Body Works: Freesia. FO
Fresh Air (SO CLEAN) - Top fruity notes of apple, grapefruit, peach and leafy greens; with middle notes of lily, lavender, rose and violet; and finally base notes with amber, sandalwood, and raspberry musk. The perfect fresh scent for any of the Midnight Perfumery products. FO
Fresh Cut Grass – Like earthy & green? This is definitely the scent for you! Smells like freshly cut grass. FO

Lovely Lilac – The scent of lilac never fails to make me think of late spring and fresh, warm breezes. This scent in soap usually goes into my shower in January when I’ve definitely had enough of these Midwestern winters. It helps remind me that Spring will come (eventually)! FO
Man** - “Smells like a man” (grinning) is what I hear from most of my female customers. Guys take note: you always know you’re using the right scent when your woman buries her nose in your chest, takes a deep breath and sighs with a contented grin on her face. I see that dreamy look on women’s faces frequently when they get a whiff of this scent. Notes of sandalwood, lime, patchouli, & citrus. EO, FO Blend
Mango – Mango is one of my favorite fruits. It’s rich, musky, sweet and almost has a spicy scent to it. This is a great stand-alone scent or mixed with nearly any other scent. I also have a mango flavored lip balm and it’s a top-selling flavors. FO

Musk –A delectable blend of amber, clove, nutmeg & musk. Widely loved by men and women alike. FO
Oak & Acorn – A strong, lasting aroma with notes of pine, wild violets and fall leaves. Lovely, and I must say, when I was purchasing this scent, I intended to get something that smelled just like acorns for a hunter-friend of mine. When I received it, I knew it wouldn’t work for his needs (deer hunting), but I instantly fell in love with this scent’s wonderful balance of earthy, musky & perfume notes. FO
Oatmeal, Milk & Honey – Mmmmmm…It smells good enough to eat – but please don’t. This is a perfectly scrumptious combination of oats, honey, sweet milk and almonds. This scent in the Goat’s Milk Soap line is an over-all top-3 favorite of mine, and definitely a tie for #1 with the Castile Soap for my face. FO
Orange* (sweet) - Aroma is exactly like freshly grated orange zest. Considered Aromatherapy Benefits: Balance & Relaxation. EO
Oriental Spice** - A totally spice-inspired combination with notes of anise, ginger, clove, cinnamon & cardamom with subtle, warm notes of vanilla beans. EO, FO Blend
Palmarosa* - Fresh, floral, sweet. Aromatically similar to geranium. Sometimes called Rose Geranium Essential oil. EO

Peach – Warm, musky, soft, sweet. Smells like a perfectly ripe, delicious, fresh peach. FO
Peach n Spice** - Those musky, sweet notes of the peach combine beautifully with a touch of cinnamon and ginger. I was inspired to blend this fragrance after making peach jam with candied ginger and ground cinnamon – it was an instant family favorite. EO, FO Blend

Shortbread – Rich, sweet baked goods are perfectly enticing aromatic indulgences. This fragrance includes notes of brown sugar, vanilla, rich butter, and sugar cookies. The Study – This fragrance combination reminds me of a study in a tutor-style home. Notes of brushed leather, ebony woods, clove, sweet starfruit, mandarin, and bergamot. Unscented – The natural scent of the base ingredients will dictate the scent of the final product. For example, some of the stronger-scented base oils / ingredients I use are neem oil, lanolin, cocoa butter or beeswax. All of these ingredients will influence the scent of the final product.
Vanilla – Midnight Perfumery’s Vanilla is very rich, decadent, sweet and concentrated, so a little gives a big result. FO
Vanilla Bean* – Smells just like a vanilla bean! This is a 100% natural oil. Due to it’s delicate nature, it does not hold up to the process of making soap, but is a FABULOUS addition to perfumes, lip balm, oils, butters, lotions & more. EO

Champagne – I tell customers that this is a light-fruity scent, great for those who don’t usually gravitate toward a fruity aroma. Amazing blend of lemon, bergamot, mandarin, orange, apple, banana, dew fruit and pineapple, with hints of jasmine, rose, plum, muget, peony, heliotrope, amber, sandalwood and musk. FO
like Chanel No. 5 – Very potent, perfume aroma. Chanel No. 5 was developed in 1921 by Coco Chanel and is one of the best-selling perfumes of all time. The aroma profile is extremely complex with 130 different ingredients. This fragrance begins with top notes of fresh floral ylang ylang, rose petals, and French jasmine. Lovely base notes of vetiver and sandalwood, provides a woodsy bottom. I am very impressed with the likeness of this fragrance oil to the original. Compare to Coco Chanel: Chanel No. 5. FO
Cherry Almond** - Aroma of sweet cherries and a hint of toasted almonds. (Always reminds me of Jergen’s Lotion). EO FO Blend

Man** - “Smells like a man” (grinning) is what I hear from most of my female customers. Guys take note: you always know you’re using the right scent when your woman buries her nose in your chest, takes a deep breath and sighs with a contented grin on her face. Mango – Mango is one of my favorite fruits. It’s rich, musky, sweet and almost has a spicy scent to it. This is a great stand-alone scent or mixed with nearly any other scent. I also have a mango flavored lip balm and it’s a top-selling flavors. FO

Oak & Acorn – A strong, lasting aroma with notes of pine, wild violets and fall leaves. Lovely, and I must say, when I was purchasing this scent, I intended to get something that smelled just like acorns for a hunter-friend of mine. When I received it, I knew it wouldn’t work for his needs (deer hunting), but I instantly fell in love with this scent’s wonderful balance of earthy, musky & perfume notes. FO
Oatmeal, Milk & Honey – Mmmmmm…It smells good enough to eat – but please don’t. This is a perfectly scrumptious combination of oats, honey, sweet milk and almonds. This scent in the Goat’s Milk Soap line is an over-all top-3 favorite of mine, and definitely a tie for #1 with the Castile Soap for my face. FO

Vanilla Bean* – Smells just like a vanilla bean! This is a 100% natural oil. Due to it’s delicate nature, it does not hold up to the process of making soap, but is a FABULOUS addition to perfumes, lip balm, oils, butters, lotions & more. EO
