Most conventional soaps available today in stores are not soap, but detergent-based cleansers that leave your skin feeling dry, itchy and tight. Unlike makers of store “soap”, I insist on using only high quality ingredients, but am a bargain hunter at heart, and pass my savings on to my customers. My bars are priced comparatively to other handmade soaps, but are larger than most (typically 25% bigger for the same cost!). I’ve carefully formulated a combination of natural oils to produce a soap that is a perfect balance of gentle cleansing, hardness (longer lasting), moisturizing with great lather. Several specialty bars and scents are available to suit many different tasks from shaving to mega-scrubbing as well as multiple skin types from sensitive, dry or oily.

HAVING TROUBLE DECIDING WHICH SOAP IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

My “standard formula” soaps are perfectly compatible with “normal” to “dry” skin types, so have fun and try several scents. For those who need lots of variety in their soap line-up, I recommend selecting a few different soaps, then chop the bar in half or quarters - you don’t waste soap or get bored!

IF YOU HAVE…

OILY SKIN: Choose a citrus bar like Lemon, Orange or Orange Vanilla. Citrus essential oils strip more of the body’s natural oils and adds a cleansing boost to soap.

DRY OR MATURE SKIN: Choose the Olive Oil (castile), Rose Bouquet Luxury Bar, Frankincense & Myrrh Luxury Bar , Goat’s Milk (in any scent) or Dad’s Neem Bar.

SENSITIVE OR MATURE SKIN: Choose a calming bar like Lavender, Frankincense & Myrrh Luxury Bar. Or if you are sensitive to scents, choose the Olive oil (castile) bar or The Original (unscented, original balanced formula).

REALLY DIRTY OR SMELLY HANDS: Choose Café Mocha for powerful smell Removal (like fish or gasoline), or Gardener’s Bar to power through tough grime.

Please keep in mind that all soaps are not made in huge batches, so there may be small differences from the photos to the freshest batch. Also, any soap containing vanilla will darken to a deeper brown over time (watch out light washcloths).
